Position Summary
The Sr Business System Analyst will work with internal and external customers in gathering functional requirements documents, understanding application architecture, and managing the unit testing of deliverables. Candidate should have an understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies and knowledge of Business Intelligence platforms.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Train/Onboard new and existing customers
- Meet with clients and gather report specifications to then deliver to Business Intelligence team.
- Monitor client usage to ensure client retention
- Monitor expired client portal passwords
- Create help documentation for Company's Reports
- Provide basic level internal sales functions to existing clients/customers
Supervisory Responsibilities
Direct Reports
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports
Indirect Reports
May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
Travel and/or Driving Requirements
Travel and Driving are essential duties and function of this job

Minimum Qualifications
Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Business
5+ years of experience as business systems analyst, sales analyst, or related area.
Experience using Retail Link is required.
